Almond Bear Claws * Bear Claw Pastries with Almond Filling * Organic Ingredients

Delicious pastries filled with a yummy almond filling and shaped, you guessed it, like a bear claw.   Where did bear claw pastries come from?  The United States of course!  They were first created around 1910 in a German Bakery based in Northern California and their popularity grew and spread all over the entire U.S.A.

Each order contains choice of 6, 12 or 18 pastries.  Bear Claws are roughly 4 to 4 1/2 inches long, 1 inch wide and 2/3 to 1 inch thick each.  They are wonderful as a morning treat to have with your coffee or as dessert.  Kids love them too!

Ingredients: (for pastry): flour, sugar, organic butter, organic egg yolks  (for filling): organic almonds, sugar, organic corn syrup, organic butter, salt.( for icing): sugar, organic milk.
