Apple Jelly Filled Cinnamon Apple Cider Donut Muffins

A Donut Muffin?? Well that's a donut but is also a muffin, or it's a muffin that's also a donut.  Either way, they are delicious!  These donut muffins are based off Enchanted Eclectic's famous Apple Cider Donuts Recipe, baked in the shape of a muffin, filled with delicious apple Jelly and then topped with Cinnamon Sugar.  Such a wonderful treat!  

Ingredients: Donuts:  flour, organic eggs, organic apple cider, sugar, organic butter, organic milk, organic nutmeg, organic cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, salt,, organic cardamom, organic vanilla extract.  Jelly: organic Apples, sugar, organic cinnamon, pectin.
