Apple Pie Stuffed Cookies * Fall Favorite *

When you think of fall foods, two main staples come to mind - pumpkin and APPLES.  And when you think of Apples, you cannot help but think of Apple Pie.  And these Apple Pie Stuffed Cookies have all the delicious components of apple pie, but in the form of a cookie!  I created this cookie in the fall of 2023 for my Etsy shop and it became an instant hit.  

The cookies are fairly large - 3-4 inches in diameter and each are stuffed with my own homemade apple pie mixture and topped with cinnamon brown sugar before being baked to perfection.  

Ingredients:  flour, brown sugar, organic butter, organic eggs, organic Royal Gala apples, salt, baking powder, organic cinnamon, organic vanilla extract.
