Bailey's Irish Cream flavored Chocolate Chip Cookies

I created this Irish Cream Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe in December of 2020 - when looking for a new flavored Chocolate Chip Cookie that had a unique flavor but still something familiar & well loved. These cookies are alcohol free, but have that wonderful Bailey's flavor but it's not so strong that it overwhelms the entire cookie. The chocolate chips balance it out well. My husband who doesn't like Bailey's Irish Cream said these cookies "Take Like Entenmann's Chocolate Chip Cookies, when Entenmann's Chocolate Chip Cookies were still good" - well I don't remember Entenmann's Chocolate Chip Cookie's having an Irish Cream Aroma but they are soft and chewy like Entenmann's Cookies.

Make a great St. Patrick's Day themed cookie - and since they are alcohol free, safe for kids to enjoy as well.

Ingredients:  flour, brown sugar, organic butter, organic eggs, salt, baking powder, organic vanilla extract, dutch process cocoa, coffee granulates, Ghirardelli Chocolate Chips
