Blondies ** New York Blondies ** The UnBrownie

Aka the Anti-Brownie, Blondies are a bar style cookie flavored with brown sugar instead of chocolate. The perfect blondie comes out the oven browned around the edged & gooey in the center. It will continue to "cook" once it's out of the oven, the results are a deep rich buttery, caramel like flavor that have a crunch on top but the middle are moist and delicious.

If you chose them to be sliced, they will be sliced in choice of 9,12 or 16 pieces & I will pack them in individual packages -if you prefer them to arrived unsliced, the blondies will be baked in a disposable aluminum pan, covered in plastic wrap and placed inside a windowed cake box (this makes it ideal for gift giving.   

Flavor/Mix-in Options include: chocolate chips (semi sweet), white chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, peanut butter chips, chopped pecans, chopped walnuts, Chocolate Chip with Walnuts, White Chocolate Chips with Pecans. -- if there's something not listed that you would like me to add to your blondies, send me a message with a custom listing request, and if it's something I can add, I will be happy to do it for you.

Try warming them lightly in the microwave to make them extra gooey - just place on a napkin or paper towel and microwave for 10-15 seconds. They also taste wonderful warmed with a dollop of vanilla ice cream on top!

Ingredients: flour, brown sugar, organic eggs, organic butter, salt, organic vanilla extract & fillings of choice.
