Cheddar Bacon Scones

Usually when I make scone I prefer a sweeter scone. But looking to try something different, I leaned towards Savory with these. Made with Irish Cheddar Cheese, Boars Head Brand Bacon (If your a New Yorker you know how good Boars Head Brand is!!), and a little bit of dehydrated onions. Perfect by themselves, but they accompany scrambled eggs very well!

They come in packages of 4 or 8. If your not big on onions, just send me a little note when you order and I'll leave them out. I do recommend if you order during Spring or Summer months or live in a climate that it's consistently over 70 degrees to refrigerate if you don't plan to finish these all in one day. If you have good quality air tight containers such as Rubbermaid Brilliance, the scones will stay fresh & soft longer.  (in summer months or in consistent warm climates please keep refrigerated).

Ingredients: flour, baking powder, organic butter, salt, organic eggs, Boars Head brand Bacon, cheddar cheese, organic buttermilk, pepper, organic onion.
