French Palmiers ** Angel Wing Cookies ** Elephant Ear Cookies

French Palmiers (also known as Angel Wing Cookies or Elephant Ear Cookies) are a cookie made from a delicate flaky pastry dough. They are simple in taste yet absolutely delicious - and very addictive. I once had a family member eat an entire tray in under an hour.

I make the pastry puff dough for these myself, I don't use premade puff dough from the supermarket. Your choice of with cinnamon, chocolate or just sugar (either way they are delicious) .

Ingredients: flour, sugar, organic butter, salt, optional: cinnamon, Ghirardelli Chocolate.
