Granuloma Annulare Spot Reducer Cream * Organic * GA Reducer *

Granuloma Annulare is an autoimmune disease that causes bumps with raised ridge (often these ridges are redder than the rest of the bumps) on the skin.  Usually painless, but occasionally they will itch.  The disease isn't contagious in any way.  Little is known about the cause of this disease and little is known about how to cure it.  Some people are fortunate enough for it to clear up on its own.

Some have had luck with medical treatments, other's have yet to find a way to rid themselves of these bumps.  But for most, more than anything, it makes us feel very self-conscious.      I've been dealing with it on and off nearly my whole life - my first lesions appeared when I was about 7, took several doctors and over a year to properly diagnose.  I am one of those that medicines proved to be useless.  After searching and searching I found several organic essential oils that have helped reduce the size of spots.

Using these oils twice a day daily had drastically reduced the size, some, after two months ever disappeared.   I got kind of tired of mixing these oils in the palm of my hand twice a day, and decided to try combining them into an organic body butter style cream - and this works beautifully.    So here I give you my own GA Reducer Cream.  

The cream consists of (all organic):  cocoa butter, shea butter, extra virgin coconut oil, vitamin e oil, German chamomile, lavender, aloe vera gel, helichrysum, avocado oil, tea tree, ginger, and patchouli.  Neem and Turmeric also are fantastic for reducing the lesions.  Many people find the scent of the Neem & Turmeric unpleasant, but it does work very well.  You have the choice to order with or without the Neem & Turmeric added.   

The jars are 3.5oz, depending on how large and area the lesions cover on your body, the jar of cream can last you anywhere from 2 months to as long as 6 months.    You can apply your regular moisturizers over this cream, but do not wash the spots off for at least 15 minutes after application.  It does appear oily sometimes, but it does fade after 10-15 minutes.    If you are currently using any topical or oral medications please consult a doctor before using - some essential oils may interact with medications.   It's not necessary, but if you want the cream to be more solid, closer to a body body texture, you can refrigerate.
