There's also mini chocolate chips in the filling and often the outside of the cookie is sprinkled with chopped pistachios. This is exactly what you get with the Holy Cannoli Cookies - but instead of a cream filling, all these ingredients are mixed into the cookie dough, making a soft, delicious cookie and topped with a light drizzle of chocolate.
