Homemade Jumbo Gooey Cinnamon Buns with choice of Cream Cheese or Butter Cream Frosting

I love Cinnabon Style Cinnamon Buns, and this recipe is my own version of their recipe. They are super ooey gooey cinnamon-y delicious! Topped with your choice of traditional cream cheese frosting, buttercream frosting, or if you prefer, unfrosted.

What ya need to know about my Jumbo Cinnamon Buns:
~ when I say jumbo, I mean they are pretty darn big - as big as my hand. And very filling - you may even need to cut them in half - one dozen is more like 2 dozen because of the large size
~orders come in either 1 dozen (12 buns) or 1/2 dozen (6 buns)   
~ you can also get them in a dozen mini's (which are generally still fairly large - but not as large and overwhelming as you may find the jumbos).
~You get a choice of cream cheese or butter cream frosting.
~if your ordering this during Summer months or if you live in a climate that is consistently over 71 degrees, I highly recommend purchasing the Warm Weather Protection Package - the icing will melt, and if it's over 80 degrees it may curdle. (for 1/2 dozen buns or the minis, order 4 large gel packs plus thermal wrap or thermal bag, for dozen buns, order 6-8 large gel packs & thermal wrap)
~ to really get these extra ooey and gooey, try gently heating, on a microwave safe plate for up to 30 seconds. Eat with a fork - they get messy!
~keeps well at room temperature for up to 4 days, after that, refrigerate.
~they freeze well in airtight containers or zip lock type of freezer safe bags.

Cinnamon Bun Ingredients: flour, organic yeast, organic butter, organic eggs, sugar, organic cinnamon, salt, organic milk   

Buttercream Frosting Ingredients: organic butter, sugar, organic vanilla extract

Cream Cheese Frosting Ingredients: organic cream cheese, sugar, organic butter, organic lemon juice, organic vanilla extract
