Homemade Zucchini Cranberry Bread

Zucchini is such a versatile fruit (yes, fruit!).  Zucchini is a summer squash and delicious is so many recipes.  You may have enjoyed zucchini sauteed with some garlic and olive oil, or breaded and fried as an appetizer.  However, have you ever tried any Zucchini Breads?   If you hadn't - this one is a great way to enjoy your first Zucchini bread.  It's a sweetened bread which is a wonderful breakfast, brunch or snack!  Made with fresh zucchini, dried cranberries, and a hint of orange flavor.   I always considered this a fall & Halloween bread, but why not enjoy it whatever part of the year that you're in the mood for it?

If ordering in summer months, please be sure to order with Warm Weather Protection and keep refrigerated.   To warm, you can slice it, place on a paper towel or napkin and gently microwave 10-15 seconds.

Ingredients: flour, organic eggs, organic zucchini, organic dried cranberries, organic orange zest, organic vanilla extract, sugar, baking soda, organic canola oil, baking powder, salt.
