Hot Chocolate Cookies * Hot Cocoa Cookies

This Hot Chocolate Cookie recipe was inspired by my daughter a while back she purchased a large quantity of hot chocolate mix and I was wondering how we would use at that mix.  While shopping another day, I came across Marshmallow Bits and it came to me - Hot Chocolate Cookies!  These cookies taste just like your favorite hot cocoa, but in the form of a cookie.  They have a small amount of chocolate chips in them as well to make them perfectly chocolatey and with the marshmallow bits, the perfect winter treat!  The cookies are large and wonderful for dunking!    Each order contains 18 very large cookies.   

Ingredients:  organic butter, sugar, organic eggs, Marshmallow Bits,  flour, organic vanilla extract, chocolate, salt, baking soda, baking powder, Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa Mix, Unsweetened Dutch Processed Cocoa, Ghirardelli Chocolate Chips.
