What says St. Patrick's Day better than a shot of delicious Irish Whiskey? And what better way to incorporate it into a dessert than by baking it into brownies? These brownies are made with baking chocolate - not cocoa powder, so they have a richer, more authentic brownie flavor, combined with cream, and Irish Whiskey then topped with a dark chocolate ganache infused with a little bit more Irish Whiskey and some smooth White Chocolate Ganache to give it just the right amount of dark and sweet flavor. These brownies are truly next level!! For these you have plenty of options to suit them to your preference.  ** Topping is optional **
