Italian Butterball Cookies *aka* Butter Ball Chiffon Cookies

There are many different names for these cookies, Italian Butter Ball Cookies, Butterball Chiffons, Italian Wedding Cookies, Mexican Wedding Cookies and so on. Whatever you prefer to call them, there's no question, they are delicious. They are rounded bite sized cookie "balls" with a wonderful vanilla butter flavor, topped with powder sugar and tiny bits of butter toffee inside each cookie, and if you like, I can even add chopped pecans. These are a staple in many Italian households for the Christmas Cookie platters, but they are truly delicious any part of the year.

Ingredients: flour, sugar, organic butter, organic vanilla extract, cornstarch, salt, English toffee bits (butter, sugar, salt, milk chocolate), and organic pecans (if you request them).
