Pignoli Cookies or Pine Nut Cookies are considered the Crown Jewel to Italian Confectionery. A perfect addition to any holiday cookie tray, these delicious traditional cookies will be a hit with family and friends alike. These are often apart of an Italian Christmas Cookie platter, but if you don't want to wait until December to enjoy these, I make them year round. You can order 1 or 2 dozen at a time. These cookies are jam packed with pignoli nuts and almond deliciousness.
