Italian Ricotta Cookies *Biscotti Ricotta e Limone

Italian Ricotta Cookies are soft, moist, cake-like cookies with a sweet and simple glaze that has a slight lemony flavor. These are so good you can never stop at just one!  And while they are delicious any part of the year, they are an absolute Christmas MUST!  

Orders can be 1 dozen (12 cookies), 2 dozen (24 cookies) or 3 dozen (36 cookies).   With or without sprinkles & nonpareils decorations.  You can also order them plain (no toppings added).

Sprinkle Options: rainbow, Autumn Colors(orange, yellow & brown), American patriotic (red, white & blue), Christmas/Italian Flag (red, white & green), pastel (pink, blue & white).

Nonpareil Options: rainbow, Autumn Colors, American Patriotic, Christmas/Italian Flag, all white, all purple, all yellow, all red, Halloween (orange and black), all green.

Occasionally I have other colors of sprinkles and nonpareils on hand, if your interested in something different than what's listed above, send me a message prior to placing your order and I can let you know what I have available..

Cookies are about 2 inches in diameter, and 1 inch in height.    Note: if you prefer your cookies without the lemon flavor (will be just a vanilla flavored frosting without it) in the frosting, send me a note when you place your order and I will be happy to leave out the lemon.  

Please keep cookies refrigerated, due to the higher amount of dairy & the moist texture, it's best to keep these cookies chilled instead of storing on counter.

Ingredients: organic butter, sugar, flour, organic eggs, baking powder, organic lemon zest, salt, organic vanilla extract.  Frosting is made with sugar, organic milk & organic vanilla extract.
