I use Lakanto Monk fruit to sweeten them, so not only are they calorie free, but they are also carb free as well, and they have just right right balance of sweetness so you won't have that sweet aftertaste for hours after like you may from other forms of sugar substitutes. So you can stay on track while enjoying a heavenly treat!

Orders are 1 dozen or 2 dozen. These Cookies Freeze, if you plan to freeze them, you can leave them in the little cellophane bags if you like, but also place in either a freezer safe ziplock or an air tight freezer safe plastic container. They stay fresh in the freezer 3-6 months.
