Absolutely awesome; taste is incredible; you'd never know: a) it's keto... AND b) WITHOUT the TERRIBLE 'after-bloat' / agonizing effect of Erythritol (as there is NONE)! Nutrition facts AND Macros were key and the Seller really goes above and beyond here; and SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO THIS BEING ONE OF THE FEW SELLERS THAT HAS LOTS OF Erythritol-FREE options!!! Erythritol = one of the few things that = total havoc on my system (MASSIVE BLOATING / GI pain)... yet it seems like 90+% of keto-based companies use it. VERY HAPPY to have found this Seller who uses mostly NON-Erythritol keto sweeteners (I think Monk fruit is the main one). For me personally, I do JUST FINE on: Allulose, Monk Fruit, Stevia, and/or Xylitol... but, if a food product has even a small amount of Erythritol, it's a total dealbreaker.
