Corn Bread is a delicious addition to any meal. Sometimes it so sweet it can even be enjoyed as a sweet snack. Definitely a must for the Thanksgiving Day Table! When your on a Keto diet though, Corn Bread - or corn in general is not Keto Friendly. My Keto "Corn" bread is a wonderful alternative which gives you that delicious flavor and texture, but without all those naughty carbs. And because it's made with almond flour and organic monk fruit, it is also gluten free and diabetic friendly!

The Keto "Corn" Bread is baked in an 8x8 square pan. You can chose to have it shipped unsliced, in the pan it's baked in, or sliced into your choice of 9 or 16 slices. If you chose to have it shipped unsliced the actual nutrition info will likely be different than what I list here. Sixteen pieces is pretty much only 2 bites, each piece is roughly 2 inches by 1 inch, 9 pieces is about the same size are regular (non keto) cornbread.
