Something many people on Keto have said to me "I miss donuts" and over the last few months I've been experimenting with different donut and donut hole recipes. After playing around and pretty much completely redoing the entire recipe, I finally come up with one which I think is delicious. These bite sized donut holes are AMAZING. I first created the vanilla recipe which is absolutely delicious - if you love vanilla flavor, and soft glazed donut holes, you will absolutely love these. The chocolate came next - based on the same recipe, I added some organic unsweetened cocoa powder to it, and voila - in my completely unbiased opinion, better than any bakery non-keto chocolate donut - the chocolate flavor is like good quality chocolate ice cream meets cake style donut. Please store in the refrigerator when they arrive - if you keep them chilled in zip lock bags or an airtight container, they will stay soft for up to a week. You can also freeze safely up to 6 months if you store them in a freezer safe bag (do not freeze in contain alone, this sometimes causes ice build up on donuts)
