Here's my secret: forget all recipes available on the web - THEY ARE ALL WRONG. Most have too strong of an egg flavor, other's are far too moist, and yet others have had too strong of an almond flavor. My Keto Lemon Blueberry Bread however, is the perfect balance. It's also not overly sweet like many Keto and Sugar-Free products.
This is wonderful as it is, but if you like you can gently warm - by the slice, about 10 seconds in the microwave. If you'd like, you can add a little butter or cream cheese.
