Keto Almond Paste * Gluten Free & Diabetic Friendly

Almond Paste is a great ingredient for many delicious baked goods.   It's really hard to find a quality organic almond paste.  I started making my own about 8 or so years ago.  This almond paste is Keto Friendly & Sugar Free - which means also diabetic friendly.  Instead of using regular sugar in this, Lakanto Monk Fruit Sweetener is used.  The Lakanto Monk Fruit sweetener is not organic, however it is Non-GMO, so this Keto Almond Paste is mostly organic, not entirely.    

Nutrition info is not listed for this because it varies, depending what you use the almond paste for and serving size of whatever you make with it.   It is sugar free, gluten free and low carb, as long as other ingredients added are also sugar free, low carb and gluten free 

Ingredients: organic blanched almonds, organic eggs, organic almond extract, Lakanto Confectioners Monk Fruit Sweetener.
