These Lemon Bars are an absolute Low Carb Dream Come true!  So good!  Honestly, I think I like these better than my regular non-keto version of the Summer Lemon Bars!   These are made simply just like regular lemon bars - but instead of using regular flour, I use almond flour and instead of regular sugar, I use Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener (this is the best Keto Friendly Sweetener).       And they are perfectly lemony - the perfect summer treat!      These come sliced into 16 bars and packed as 2 packs.  If you prefer, I can send them in a disposable aluminum pan unsliced  (will be shipped in a cake box), but the nutrition information will be different if you slice them differently than 16 pieces.   Please Keep these refrigerated or frozen.
