Lavender is known to be soothing and calming, it's great to help you relax and reduce stress. Lavender flowers contain antiseptic qualities which can reduce any inflammation and aches.

Oatmeal can be used to treat a variety of skin conditions from psoriasis to eczema. Oatmeal can be moisturizing, soothing, and inflammation-relieving for the skin.

Epsom salt contains magnesium and can help the body get rid of toxins responsible for inflammation while also reducing swelling, stiffness, and pain.

Combining the three create a really power packed soak! Wonderful to help you relax and unwind after a hard day!
Test Tube Vials contain 65ml of the bath salts . I used home grown dried organic lavender, Epsom salts organic oatmeal, and a small amount of organic lavender and organic Roman Chamomile essential oils to create these wonderful bath salts.

The Roman Chamomile also is useful in helping ease the symptoms of skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. Chamomile is also known to help you relax.

To use, open tube and add some to a warm bath as the tub is filling. You can get anywhere from 1-3 uses out of it - depending on how much you prefer to add to your bath. Once tub is filled, soak and relax to your hearts desire.
