Oatmeal Lemon Cream Bars * Homemade with Organic Ingredients

Delicious summery treat!  These three layer Oatmeal bars start with a delicious oatmeal crust, in the center is a delicious lemon cream filling and topped with an oatmeal crumb topping.  

These bars come unsliced in an 8x8 pan.   Depending upon how you slice, you can get anywhere from 9-16 bars (or maybe even more).  

Try warming them lightly in the microwave to make them extra gooey - just place on a napkin or paper towel and microwave for 10-15 seconds. They also taste wonderful warmed with a dollop of vanilla ice cream on top!

Ingredients: flour, brown sugar, organic eggs, organic butter, salt, sugar, organic vanilla extract, organic oats, organic lemon, organic milk.
