Organically Grown in Eastern Suffolk County (Long Island, NY). These come from cantaloupes from my own garden harvested annually. Cantaloupe is delicious, nutritious(high in vitamin c, potassium and fiber!) sweet, highly versatile -great with cheeses as a snack, or for breakfast, in fruit salads as well, I even know some people who cook cantaloupe in a savory broth as a side dish with their dinner. Very easy to grow, best to start indoor in a small pot on the window sill, then once the weather begins to get warm, can easily transfer them to the ground, or a larger pot for a terrace garden.
