Pistachio Amaretti are a delicious twist on a traditional Italian favorite - the Amaretti Cookie. These cookies are delicious with a combination of ground pistachios & finely ground blanched almonds. They make a perfect sweet treat to go with your coffee, or hot cocoa for the kids. They are a staple for the Christmas Cookie platters! These cookies are both Gluten Free and made with organic ingredients!

Ingredients:  organic almonds, sugar, organic eggs, organic pistachio nuts imported from Sicily.
