These Pistachio Cream Bars are truly one of a kind! With a pistachio flavored buttery shortbread crust and a creamy pistachio cream top you are sure to agree! The flavor of the cream topping is similar to that of pistachio ice cream or pistachio pudding - so if you like either of those, you are sure to love these bars!

Bars come in an 8x8 inch pan, you can cut them in 9 large bars, 12 medium or 16 small - bite size bars - entirely up to you!

These bars make a wonderful gift, or a take along to a social gathering or a party. Please keep refrigerated when you receive them! Bars Ship Via Priority Mail no extra charge. Summer Months you must purchase with Warm Weather Protection.
