Pumpkin Spice Anginetti Cookies * Pumpkin Anginetti

Anginetti is soft, cake-like Italian Cookies.  Usually these are lemon or anise flavored, but these Anginetti are flavored with an American Fall Favorite ingredient - pumpkin and pumpkin spices.  Cookies are topped with a vanilla icing and your choice of sprinkles or nonpareils (usually they will be fall & Halloween Colors unless you request a different color).

Ingredients:  flour, sugar, organic eggs, organic butter, organic pureed pumpkin, organic orange extract, salt, baking powder, organic cinnamon, organic nutmeg, organic cloves, organic ginger, organic vanilla extract.  Optional: sprinkles or nonpareils.
