Delicious homemade Pumpkin Spice Biscotti with Mini Chocolate Chips and White Chocolate Drizzle is a must try!  Biscotti are "twice baked" cookies - literally they are twice baked. What does this mean? Basically after mixing the ingredients for this biscotti, it is shaped into long loaves, then baked until they are set, then allowed to cool slightly, sliced into individual cookies, and baked a second time so they become dried & crunchy to perfection.  These cookies have all the perfect elements of fall flavors enhanced with yummy Ghirardelli Mini Chocolate Chips and drizzled with Ghirardelli White Chocolate.   Each order contains somewhere between 18 & 24 cookies - they are cut by hand, so sometimes there's a few cookies thicker or longer than others, and this impacts the quantity, the order in total is a little over 2 pounds.     

Ingredients:  flour, sugar, organic eggs, organic pureed pumpkin, salt, baking powder, organic cinnamon, organic nutmeg, organic cloves, organic ginger, organic vanilla extract. Ghirardelli semi sweet chocolate chips, Ghirardelli white chocolate.
