Rosemary & Olive Oil Focaccia Bread * Vegan Friendly *

Focaccia bread is an Italian Flat Bread originating from Genoa, Italy.   There's many variations & toppings for this bread.  This particular one is very traditional - olive oil and rosemary.  It's absolutely delicious! I love serving this with a little olive oil & some dried herbs, salt, pepper & grated Pecorino Romano to gently dip.  A delicious homemade marinara almost makes a fantastic dipping sauce for this wonderful .  It's great on it's own as a snack, or you can serve it with a meal in place of your regular favorite Italian Bread or even as an appetizer.

You can enjoy the focaccia at room temperature or you can warm for a few seconds in the microwave or for about 10 minutes in a 275 (F) degree oven.   Focaccia comes in your choice of 9 inch round or 9x9 inch square.  Depending upon how you slice it, you can get anywhere from 9-16 servings.  

Ingredients:  flour, semolina flour imported from Italy, extra virgin olive oil (I only use Partanna or Frantoia imported from Sicily), organic yeast, sugar, & Sicilian Sea Salt
