Shipping Insurance Add On For Orders Over 100 Dollars

Currently all packages $1-$100 are covered automatically with both Ground Advantage and Priority Mail Shipping. However if your purchase is over $100, the USPS will not cover it and the shop is NOT RESPONSIBLE to cover damages during shipping. You must purchase the additional coverage necessary to protect your order. The additional coverage isn't expensive so it really won't break the bank, however it will come in hand if your order arrives damaged or is lost by the USPS or USP. Please be sure to order the correct amount of extra coverage based on the total cost of your purchase. Options are listed up to $1000 purchase, if your order is higher than that, place the add in in your cart for the additional amount.

Once the package leaves the shop and shows it has been received by USPS (any other applicable shipping carrier) we are no longer responsible for damage or lost packages. To handle claims, you have to take the damaged package to the USPS or UPS and file a claim. Due to the way the USPS processes claims, Shop owners can not file the claims on your behalf. And if your order is over $100 and you hadn't purchased this additional insurance the USPS will not cover the remaining costs.
