Summer Lemon Bars

Lemon Bars aka Lemon Squares aka Lemon Brownies are heavenly summer time treat. They are made up of 2 layers - bottom is a buttery shortbread crust and the top is a lemony custard like filling.  These are made simply with mostly organic ingredients.

They come in your choice of unsliced (in aluminum baking pan & windowed cake box), or sliced in your choice of 9, 12 o 16 bars.

Ingredients: organic lemon, organic eggs, flour, sugar, organic butter, baking powder.
