These delicious little shortbread tarts are a wonderful treat.  Perfect to add to any holiday cookie tray or enjoy as a snack any time!  The tarts are a shortbread based cookie crust the size of a mini muffin, filled with delicious English Toffee bits and Mini Chocolate Chips.   Such a delicious flavor combination, it will be hard to eat only one!

Ingredients: organic butter, flour, sugar, Ghiradelli Mini Chocolate Chips, English Toffee, organic vanilla extract.
