Vienna Bread * Austrian Vienna Bread *

Vienna bread is a type of bread that was created in Vienna, Austria.  What makes Vienna Bread different from other types of bread is that by the way it is made, it creates a slightly chewy crust and a denser crumb.  This bread is wonderful for sandwiches or all on it's own with just a little butter.  

Generally it is made in small baguettes about 6 inches long and 3 inches wide.  It can also be made into round rolls.  The Vienna bread comes in your choice of 6 or 12, and choice of no toppings or with poppy seeds or sesame seeds.

Ingredients: flour, yeast, sugar, organic milk, organic butter, organic egg, salt.

To keep fresh & soft longer be sure to keep in sealed Zip Lock style bags.   Vienna bread can be frozen up to 6 months in freezer bags.
